bonjour, i'm coco

Ma Jolie roams the streets in a vintage VW with a black-and-white canopy, a fragrance of fresh cut flowers, and a certain je ne sais quoi you can’t find anywhere else.

Let's face it. It doesn't get anymore chic than this. Come find us and see for yourself.

Under this new permit, innovative small businesses in Minneapolis that don’t fit into other permit categories can apply to the emerging business program and become a test project for their new concept.

After nearly six months of working closely with the City of Minneapolis, we established the Innovative and Emerging Business permit. Ma Jolie became the pilot project, and our darling concept hit the streets in May 2018.

Life is too short not to party. Life is too dull not to party with Ma Jolie.

If you want us at your next fabulous fete, let’s connect!

ooh la la...

Proving just how irresistible our concept was turned out to be a piece of cake. Just four months after launching Ma Jolie, the City of Minneapolis officially passed the mobile flower truck business permit.
The rest, as they say, is history!

The Story of Ma Jolie

Most of the flowers are purchased from a local wholesaler, and several varieties are grown at the owner’s family farm in southwest Wisconsin! The flowers can last anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

where do the flowers come from?

Glad you asked! Coco is a 1959 VW pickup truck from California. We are the third owners, and she's been wonderful to us.

what's the story with the truck?

Oui oui! We do quite a few private events: grand openings, weddings, graduations, baby showers, bachelorette parties, launch parties, name it!

CAN I rent ma jolie for private events?

Oui oui! Most of our products come from local makers, many of them women! If you'd like to be considered as a local producer, you can email and we’ll be in touch!

do you sell local products?

We sell single stem flowers for build-your-own-bouquets, which means you create a design that’s personal, unique and all your own! If you’re unsure how to get started, our fleuristes are there to help! Also, we only accept CC!

how does it work and do you take credit cards?

This is it! We do not have a brick and mortar. Instead, our mobile market comes to you! We currently roam around Minneapolis and are exploring some eastern and western suburbs this summer! We started in May 2018.

where is your store and when did you open?
